Top 10 Producers (hmmmm)

This is somebody's top 10 producers list. Interesting. I dont know if I would put these producers in this order, but for the most part, I agree.
To me, you can't have a producer's list without mentioning Diddy/The Hitmen and Jermaine Dupree. Hate on them if you want, but they made every hit record of the mid 90s and still doing so now. They may not being behind the boards, but they have strong visions that distinguishes regular beats from hit records. Swizz would be on my list also.
Dont Worry.... CHE BOOGY will be there soon enough. Stay Tuned.

Biography

This Blog is to help people to understand what goes through the mind of an up and coming hip hop producer. I go by the name of CHÉ BOOGY.

CHE BOOGY (The Producer!)

This is a classic story with a twist. 1984. New York City. Che Boogy was born into a musical family would do nothing but encourage him to be great at whatever he did. Che’s uncle took him under his wing and introduced him to the studio when he was only 5 years old. He learned for years about recording with his uncle until he passed away from multiple sclerosis in 1998. In a state of mourning, Che vowed to never let his dreams of pursuing music die. He then decided to take formal engineering training at a local Brooklyn studio called Basement Recordings. There he learned digital mixing, dynamics, theory, and technique. With his musical training on the rise, he started producing and recording for nearly everybody in his High School.

In 2001, Che made the tough decision to go to college and put his music to the side for a while. His plan was to incorporate his music talent with a strong business sense so that he would understand the music industry for both aspects. While attending Drexel University, Che used his talents for making beats and engineering studio sessions to his advantage by charging local Philadelphia acts to record their mixtapes, albums, and demos in his apartment. Che also used the internet as a way to market himself to other artists around the country. He connected with artists that wanted to buy beats for low prices to compete with other rappers who rhymed on the same instrumentals. As Che was striving to obtain his Bachelors degree in Marketing, he applied what he was learning in classes to his dreams of becoming the most sought after producer. He made a name for himself on the Philadelphia college scene by networking, throwing parties, and through student organizations.

As Che make beats, he prides himself on the ability to recognize talent from other unsigned artists and helping them prosper in their careers. Che has shaped the sounds of unsigned artists such as Cortes, Success, and Maxx Giant; who are all currently being recruited by major labels. With Che's help, they have been able to make the hit music that the music industry is demanding. He has no plans on stopping either. He is steadily looking for new artists to work with and new clients. He realizes that there are many guys in the industry that make beats, but few that can actually “produce”. Therefore, Che entitles him Che Boogy (The Producer). He Produces Results. HONOR SOCIETY PRODUCTIONS.
